Hi Vince!

Typically the best option for adding a hitch to a camper is the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703. It fits just about everything and has 350 pounds of tongue weight capacity, which is perfect for carrying a bike rack. It will require some drilling to get it installed, but it isn't overly difficult. As long as your frame measures between 22" and 72" wide, it is the one to get.

What kind of bike rack do you have? Not all of them are rated for use on the back of a travel trailer/camper.

Thanks for the reply. I can certainly drill some holes, no issue there. A Yakima 4-bike carrier.

@VinceM Well shoot. Yakima doesn't rate any of their 4 bike racks for use on travel trailers. At least not the ones we currently carry. Do you know the model?
