Hey John. To add a class V hitch to your 2005 GMC Sierra 3500 you'll want the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C15312 for a 2" receiver or item # C15703 for a 2-1/2" receiver. These hitches are custom fit and bolt to your Sierra with included hardware.
