Replacement Suspension Parts for a 2025 Grand Design 2800BH

Updated 09/27/2025 | Published 09/22/2025

Question:

Good morning! I recently switched from a fifth wheel to a bumper pull and my last trailer had the MORrryde suspension on it, which I thought made a big difference. I currently have a 2025 Grand Design 2800BH. I was looking at purchasing these: MR27ZR - CRE 3000 MR76ZR - Bolt Upgrade E22YR - spare leaf spring I wanted to make sure these were the correct parts or if you recommended something different. Do you have these in a full kit or do you have to buy individually. My current suspension is new factory so Im not having issues, I just want it to ride better when towing. Thanks

Hey Kevin!

I tried looking up the parts through Grand Design, but their website is less than helpful when it comes to finding the specs (it's great to find replacement kits though!).

I know the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers # MR27ZR will work because that's the only kit they had listed. The Suspension Kit # MR76ZR will work if your shackles measure 3-1/8" long from center bolt hole to center bolt hole.

The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles # e22YR is 26" long when no load is on them, but I'm pretty sure your 2800BH is equipped with 25-1/4" springs so you'll want to get the Dexter # DX95CR. If you lift your trailer up by the frame and measure center eye to center eye you'll be able to determine which length is the correct one for you.

If something doesn't look like it's adding up please let me know and I'll be happy to help you figure this out completely!
