Hey Rebecca, thanks for reaching out!
Atwood went out of business a while back, so any replacement parts aren't available anymore. You might be able to find it from someone online trying to part-out their water heater, but most likely you're going to need to replace the water heater outright.
To replace it, I recommend the Furrion Tankless which comes with an 18" x 18" Door as part # FR68SR or 16" x 16" Door as part # FR98SR.
I really like the Furrion tankless heaters because of how efficient they are.
Have you done much work on water heaters before?

Thank you for the information. No I have not done any work on water heaters before however, I have an awesome mobile RV tech and my son is plumber. Thank you for the recommendation. I have had so many issues right from the start of using my existing tankless water heater, starting with a recall the first day I got it! I think it's time for a new one to make my life easier.
