Hey Bailey. To add a hitch to your 2022 Ram ProMaster 3500, I recommend the Curt item # C13295. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your van with included hardware. It has a 2" receiver, with a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight.
