Yes, it will Beau. The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel w/ +0.5" Offset - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 item # AM20766 has the lip built into it to work with a 12" Diameter Baby Moon Hubcap like item # PX1309SS.
