It sure is, Ray!
The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 31313 will fit all models of 2007 Toyota Tacoma and since you have a 4wd, you will not have to drill anything like the 2wd models need. However, the bumper beam end caps must be permanently removed and the front skid shield will be permanently removed.
