Hi Joseph!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C29VV and etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e29ZV will actually fit a Lexus RX350 from 2023 to 2025, so you are good to go with your 2024!
The only real difference between the two hitches is the finish. Curt has a glossy coating and the etrailer hitch has a matte coating. I prefer the matte coating as it stands out less and looks a bit more stock. To each their own though.
