Hi Kirk!
I checked with Curt and Tekonsha (the two best wiring harness manufacturers), and there are no exceptions for Hybrid models of the 2025 Toyota RAV4 XSE, which is good. That said, I have found Tekonsha to make the most reliable options, so that is what I recommend.
For your RAV4 Hybrid, you will want the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118801. Though one wire does need to be run up to the battery, the rest of the install is plug and play.
