Question:

Looking for replacement for rv electric fireplace model pd2016f I think greystone from 2016. Opening is 26 x 6 22.5. Can you suggest a product thanks I can share pictures and such

Hey Kurt, the Greystone curved fireplace part # GR54FR would work great in place of what you have now if you wanted something with a curved front or if you prefer a flat fireplace instead the part # 324-000069 would work great as it's very similar as well. Yes I installed it last week I had to adjust the side board around the existing cutout a little seemed like this model was just a hair wider but it worked out fine and looks good. One thing that was a bit frustrating is that when I went to complete online registration for warranty it asked for serial number which I know is on back I had already reinstalled the brick trim piece and did not want to remove it again. Is there anyway you would know the serial number of the unit shipped to me? If not I am going to assume if I do have a warranty issue I will deal with it then. Thanks
