If it's about the Curt RockerBall Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset for Factory Gooseneck Hitches - 30K # C78ZV, it fits select Chevrolet/ GMC (long-bed 2020-current only), Ford, Ram, and Nissan puck systems as well as the Curt OEM-style gooseneck hitches. It also has a gross towing weight of 30,000 pounds (though that is limited to the capacity of your hitch and vehicle), has a 2-5/16 inch ball size, a 4 inch offset, and will rise above bed 8 inches.
You will need part # C86GJ if you have a Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 6.5 foot short bed truck.
