For your older Thule Summit Cargo Box, you will want the Replacement QM3 - Quick Mount Hardware - for Adventurer Cargo Box # TH04997. Yes, it does say it's for an Adventurer Cargo Box, but we have found they used the same hardware as the Summit ones.
What happened to the hardware?
