We have previously confirmed with Thule (the manufacturer of this cargo box) that the correct replacement mounting hardware for your Sears X-Cargo 28-7271 is the Replacement Hardware Kit # SR05587 which does include the U-bolts required for this cargo box, which will fit the Rhino-Rack crossbars you have.

I also purchased a Replacement Master parts bag for X-Cargo model 28 Cargo Box from you, i want an U- Bolt kit only, but I ordered wrong parts i need, so i can not buy more again almost of the parts of # SR05587 I want an U-Bolt kit only. The U-Bolts from the SportRack Replacement Hardware Kit # SR05587 measure 4" x 2" so if you are looking for just the U-Bolts and no other hardware you can use the Replacement U-Bolt # TH02943 which has the same dimensions.

As I said earlier, the correct replacement mounting hardware for your Sears X-Cargo 28-7271 is the Replacement Hardware Kit # SR05587, if you were asking about fit. I believe you also may have been asking if the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box # TH05603 will fit the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar # RRVA150B and the answer to that is yes, it definitely will.
