Question:
Hello Jon Thanks for checking in. We received the mounting hardware. It is different than our previous.. see pics below.. but it looks manageable.. ie they fit the holes.. but rather than the original hardware that just slid out and away To take the box off the racks , it looks like this hardware would need to completely unscrew and unplug the U ( at least on one side?) to pull the box off the rack? Do I have that right? A bit more cumbersome but manageable. ( the bottom piece goes under the Thule rack and then slots into the screw from underneath.. so we never have to unscrew the top inside) ( all badly rusted as you can see!.. will actually need bolt cutters to get them off!) Also, Sadly the Thule rack key replacement did not work.. it slides into the keyhole but does not turn. I see the code on the rack is N119. Is there another possible key??? Thanks for your time and advice!

The Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box # TH05603 should work for your Karrite 1100 roof box but I am attaching some dimensional photos of the hardware so you can double check on your end. If these don't match up then you may need to drill holes in your box to use this hardware.
You should be able to use a Thule key for your lock core but that can vary depending on the number that shows on the face of the lock core. If you can get me that number I can see if we have a replacement key for your application.
