To add lighting and a license plate holder to the Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack item # Y88QD, you'll need the License Plate and Tail Light Kit item # Y59VR. This lighting kit is custom fit for the Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack and bolts directly to it. It will plug into a standard 4-way connector.
What kind of tow vehicle do you have and do you have a 4-way connector?
