Hi Boyd!
We can definitely get your 2023 Nissan Sentra S set up with a hitch and wiring. I prefer the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11349 out of the two we carry for your vehicle as it's American made, so that's the one I recommend.
For wiring, we have the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C83VV. This is a plug and play harness so the install will be nice and easy.
What are you planning on using the hitch for? Assume it's for a small trailer, but I'm curious.
