Hello Jeff, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are looking for a rear trailer hitch receiver for your 2004 Ford F-350. If so, we do have options that are rated for up to 20,000 lbs. Take a look at the following:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - 2-1/2" # C15810

This is rated for 20,000 lbs towing or 2,700 lbs of tongue weight. Just keep in mind if your spare tire is larger than 20" it will no longer be able to be stored in the original location.

I have linked a video that shows an example of installation.

What will you be using the hitch for?

@JeffM Ok so we do have front hitches for your truck like the Curt # 31114. This has a 5,000 lb towing rating. The 9,000 lb line pull rating would only be for recovery/winches. You would not want to use the front hitch to tow the vehicle. If your intention is to tow your F350 behind another vehicle, you would need to install a base plate like part # BX2163 which is designed and intended for flat towing. Then you would need to use the Blue Ox Trion Tow Bar # BX7520P which is 20K rated.
