Question:
I have a Fastway E2 Trailer distribution hitch for my trailer. Bought a new car and now the E2s standard ball mount is about 2 inches too high for this distribution system despite me maxxing out on the range of lowering of that mount on the ball provided by Fastway. What ball mount hitch would best accomplish a 2 inch further than the one Fastway originally supplied?

Hello James, thanks for reaching out. We do have a solution for this. I am not sure exactly what Fastway E2 you got, but I am assuming it came with the same shank that comes standard with the Fastway hitches we offer which is the 6-1/2" Rise, 4" Drop shank with 6 holes like part # FA92-02-4100. If this is what you have, going to the 6" drop shank would resolve your problem. For that, you can use the following:
- Curt Weight Distribution Shank - 10" Long - 5-3/4" or 6-1/8" Drop - 1,500 lbs TW # 17120
