Question:
In the description for the MD 254 it shows 2 different measurements, 6 1/4 and 4 inches. Which is it? Is it possible to buy just the shank portion since I already have the ball portion? Thank you.

Hey Steve, welcome back! Sorry about the confusion but the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # MD254 that you referenced is capable of up to a 6-1/4 inch drop. I see that it's mistakenly in the 4 inch drop facet which I believe is where the confusion is coming from but that's not accurate. It for sure has a 6-1/4 inch drop. How much drop are you needing and what are you towing?

Good afternoon I am looking for a 4 inch drop to avoid the mount scraping the ground on my steep driveway. I am pulling a 24 foot cargo trailer with a 12000 gvw. Tow vehicle is a 2025 F 350 with a 2 1/2 inch receiver. Would like to buy just the shank portion because I already have the Bulletproof antisway ball setup. Thanks Steve
