Do You Have Replacement Parts for a Ventline Northern Breeze Roof Vent?

I have the Ventline Northern Breeze roof vent That closes the vent when it rains and the fan can e reversed. The parts that open and close do not operate, the vent will not open or close when it rains, can I buy the parts that open and close the vent door? and where can I buy them. I believe the gears that operate the vent door are striped, because of the high winds at the time. It was too hard to close

Hey Wes. The Ventline Northern Breeze Roof Vents have been discontinued and we do not have an of the replacement operator parts. None of our vendors have anything either.
The only option I have for you is to replace it with a comparable roof vent. The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent item # MA00-07500K has a powered lift, remote, thermostat, manual mode, auto mode, and a rain shield.
Have you checked the wiring on the vent to see if a ground came lose or something got disconnected?
