Can I Use Air Lift Air Bags With Spacers And Cradles On 2022 Ford F-250?

I have a 22 F-250 with a 4.5” Carli suspension with their progressive Deaver leaf springs. I’m wanting to add airbags. Do you have a spacer and cradle that will work with the Airlift 5000 airbag kit?

Hello Daniel, thanks for reaching out. It is possible to add air bags to your 2022 Ford F250. It is also possible to use spacers and cradles at the same time with an Air Lift setup. Basically the cradle would bolt to the top of the spacer. Here is what I recommend:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL23FJ
- Air Lift Air Helper Spring Cradle - Fits Bellows Style Air Springs # AL59DQ
As far as the spacers, you will likely need a 2" spacer like part # AL52420. The best practice is to install the air bag kit brackets, measure the distance between and subtract the height of the air bag. This will tell you exactly what spacer you need. A 4" lift does not directly equate to a 4" spacer in most cases.
