I have an alternative solution for you, but I spoke with my contact at Bulldog and he informed me that there isn't really a great way to lock the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler Head # BDGN240200.
What you will need to do is jack the trailer this coupler is installed on high enough that no one could hook up to the trailer and then lock the jack handle in such a way that the trailer couldn't be lowered.
For a cable lock that would work well to lock the handle you could use the Master Lock Python Cable Lock # 8419DPF.
