Hey Mike! Since that RealTruck Undercover tonneau cover mounts inside the bed rails we're off to a good start. However, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Tonneau Cover Adapters # Y01151-5855 (68" bars) and # Y01151-5955 (78" bars) do require rails with T-slots to be able to mount the ladder rack. If you add the TS Rails # TH75FR (5-1/2' bed) or # TH65FR (6-1/2' bed) it will allow you to install the ladder rack on your truck.

What do you plan on using the rack for?

Hi Robin, thanks for the info. I plan to carry two 11' kayaks. I have Malone mega wings which I'm hoping will work with the ladder rack as well.

@MikeR happy to help! The Malone MegaWing # MPG207 fits crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" tall. The Yakima crossbars are 3" wide x 1-1/2" tall meaning the two are compatible so you're all set.

@RobinH I ordered the TS rails and unfortunately because of my existing cover I cannot install the rails as there is a lip that needs to go into the bed of the truck. Is there an alternative rail system that would allow me to leave my cover in place or am I out of luck?

@RobinH nevermind, I see that I need to take my bed cover rails off first and install this on top of it. I think I am good for now.
