Hey Kyle, yes the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack part # HLY66ZR can be used with a swing away hitch adapter like the Swagman part # S86SR. At this time we do not have one setup in our showroom.
I like the Swagman swivel adapter because it's easier to use and a simpler design overall.
