Solution for Needing Replacement Bulb for Gustafson RV LED Pendant Light # 277-000462-430

Updated 07/10/2025 | Published 07/09/2025

Question:

Is there an option to just buy the plastic faux bulb that screws onto the light to hold the shade on? I have these exact lights in my rv but my father wanted to remove the glass shades when we moved the camper and lost the fake bulbs so theres nothing to hold the shades on to the lights.

Hey Danielle, the Gustafson RV LED Pendant Light # 277-000462-430 that you referenced does have an LED "bulb" but it is not replaceable. It's basically has a board with 6 LEDs on it that produce light. The panel is not a standard type of bulb that could be replaced unfortunately. Only solution is the replacement pendent part # 277-000462.

When you but the replacement glass shade for these pendant lights, they aren't threaded. What holds the shade on to the light fixture?

@Danielle The cover of the LED diode panel that is tear shaped is threaded and it is what holds the shade to it. The shade goes on and then the threaded light cover holds it all to the base.

@JamesonC Gotcha that is the piece that I am looking for actually. The tear shaped threaded piece. My father took those off to remove the shades because he thought they would get broken on our move, but we couldn't find the threaded pieces when we got to our camp. Without that piece we have no way to secure the shades back on. I was hoping I could buy those individually rather than 2 complete pendant lights. Thanks for your help

@Danielle I see what you mean. I wish we could get them as a replaceable part but we aren't able to. You might try the manufacturer directly though.
