Do you have a disc brake conversion for the Dexter B21-5654 axles that are on my outdoors RV 19mks. These are 4000 lb axles.

Hey Bruce, since the Dexter 4,000 lb axles use the same components as 3,500 lb axles what you'd need to convert the axle to disc would be the disc brake kit part # HYD22FR which comes with the needed disc brake components, brake lines, and the best actuator that is the most reliable and quickest reacting. Are you just wanting more powerful brakes?

Thank you very much for your reply. basically, I am looking at options to be sure the I have very good brakes. I have never really been a fan of the traditional trailer brake design. You said something that has cought my attention and that is that the Dexter 4,000 lb axles use the same components as 3,500 lb axles. So if the components are the same, what are the differences between the two axles that make one rated for 500LB more than the other??
