Pats Needed to Convert Drum Brakes to Disc Brakes

Question:
I have a 2005 Wells Fargo landscape trailer with drum brakes and I’m wondering what needs to be done with the drum brakes in order to install these disc brakes on my trailer. Do you have an installation manual that I can look at and review before I would buy these brakes? Thank you, David

Hey David, all you need to convert your drum brakes to disc is that kit, the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HYD34VR you were looking at. This kit includes the new actuator, brake lines, fittings, and the new rotors / calipers.
This kit also uses a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern, and works with 3.5k tandem axles. I've also included a little FAQ on this process for you to check out as well.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you in the comments, and I'd be happy to help.
