Hey Zack, congrats on the new truck. I recommend the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks item # Y01151-5968. As you'll see in the pictures below, this ladder rack attaches directly to your Deck Rail System. It fits all three bed lengths of the 2025 Tundra and requires no drilling.
The Yakima OverHaul item # Y01151-5968 has a 500 lbs capacity and the crossbars can be spread anywhere between 36" - 89" apart depending on your Tundra's bed length. The Yakima crossbars measure 78" long x 3" wide x 1-1/2" thick and the uprights can be adjusted 19" - 30" above the top of the bed rails.
