Hi Carl!
While I couldn't find what bearing combination comes on your 2022 Rockwood Signature Ultra Light 5th wheel, the 5,200 pound capacity did help me narrow it down. You will either need to pull a hub off to see what you have or contact Rockwood with your Vin to have them tell you. I have the options listed below with the corresponding bolt pattern.
6 on 5-1/2" Bolt Pattern:
-Inner bearing: 25580 + Outer bearing: 15123 - etrailer Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K & 6K Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased AKHD-655-6-EZ-K
-Inner bearing: 25580 + Outer bearing: LM67048- Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-5UC3-EZ
8 on 6-1/2" Bolt Pattern:
-Inner bearing: 25580 + Outer bearing: 14125A - etrailer Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum for 5.2K to 7K Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 - Galvanized # AKHD-865-7-G-EZ-K
The 023-458-00 you found would be the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 12" - Left Hand # 23-458 and you would also need the Right Hand # 23-459. These are direct Dexter replacements, but they are pretty expensive. If you wanted something a bit less pricey, check out the etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left Hand - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs # AKEBRK-7L-SA and Right Hand # AKEBRK-7R-SA. They fit the same things as the Dexter ones and are you also don't need to adjust them manually. This is the way I would go.
Got a trip planned and you are preparing for it?

Hi Carl, Did you end up choosing the self-adjusting electric brake assemblies for your 5th wheel, or did you go with the Dexter replacements? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others in a similar situation.
