Question:
Is there a set of Firestone Ride Rite air suspension bags that will fit a 2025 gmc serria 1500 at4 with a diesel engine. Firestone’s web site gives an option but it states it will not fit truck with diesel engine. Sounds weird to me but didn’t know if etrailer had an option that works. Thank you

Hi Michael,
you're right, Firestone’s website does show that their Ride-Rite kit # F2609 doesn’t fit the 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with the diesel engine, and while that does seem a bit odd at first, it’s actually due to clearance issues with the 3.0L Duramax exhaust setup.
But no worries, you’re definitely not out of luck! There are other awesome suspension enhancement options that’ll still give you the support and stability you’re looking for like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Spring Kit # AL88388. Which is confirmed to fit the 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with the 3.0L Duramax diesel engine. According to Air Lift's official fitment guide, this kit is specifically designed for 4WD AT4 models from 2019 through 2025, including those equipped with the diesel engine.
This kit offers up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support and features internal jounce bumpers to absorb road shock and prevent bottoming out. It's a bolt-on installation with no drilling required, making it a straightforward upgrade.
Let me know what you think! Also, let me know if you are interested in a compressor system. I am happy to make a recommendation.
