Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha HD Pro rear axle double convoluted airbag suspension kit with internal jounce bumpers. Now this kit has been designed to fit your 2019 and newer Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500, both the two and four wheel drive models. And this will fit all truck bed lengths. However, this is not going to fit models equipped with the adaptive ride control.

And for the AT4 Trail Boss four wheel drive models, you should use the kit that you see there identified by that number that you see there on your screen, which comes with a required two inch spacer. Input the year, make and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this kit will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your truck is going to need more than just those rear factory springs hanging on for dear life. These airbags are going to add up to 5,000 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady even when the trailer is loaded and the bed is packed and the miles are long.

Now with this kit, you're not gonna have to worry about any more rear end sag throwing off your braking or steering or shooting your headlight aim up in the sky rather than being on the road where it should be. Now, bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, it can wreck your airbags. That's why this system includes the internal jounce bumpers inside of each bag. And on your screen, I'm popping up a photo there giving you kind of a cutaway there, showing you what that jounce bumper looks like inside the bag. So this kit will include that internal jounce bumper.

So even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net. You're gonna be able to safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just that smooth factory style ride. So each haul is different. That's why these air springs are gonna give you full control over your ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from five to 100 PSI. So if you're hauling a fifth wheel or a full bed of gravel, you'll just crank up that pressure and then when you're done you can just unload and when you have unloaded your truck or your trailer, you can just let the air out to drop that pressure back so you have a smoother ride.

So the manual inflation valves are included and this is going to be very easy to air up and let the air out. You got the airline as well, so everything's gonna be really straightforward. And of course extreme hauling demands extreme durability. And these springs are built with one inch thick corrosion resistant end caps on either end and you can't see them, those end caps, 'cause I obviously have 'em kinda loosely put together here. The roll plates here are covering them up, but the bags also are reinforced with 20 internal support wires for maximum strength under that heavy load. And then these heavy duty roll plates that I mentioned are going to protect the bags from chafing. They're gonna help extend the lifespan of the bags. And then these custom fit powder coated steel brackets are gonna fight back against rust and corrosion and road salt and rough seasons. So if it's bitter cold or scorching heat or mud slick job sites, this system is gonna be made to outlast whatever the road gives it, mile after mile and load after load. I do wanna say that I have dealt with other airbag suspension kits in the past from other manufacturers and each of them have their own strengths. But when I look at Pacbrake here, the word that comes to mind is a premium, with just how everything is constructed. The materials on the bags themselves that the bags are constructed from are just high quality. And then these brackets have a really great powder coat finish on there that I think is gonna last you a long time. So if you're looking for a premium airbag kit, I would definitely go to Pacbrake, in my opinion, they are the premium option when it comes to airbag suspension kits. These precision laser cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points without welding or drilling to your frame. And so this kit's gonna be designed to work with your setup today, and then wherever your upgrades are gonna take you, it'll follow you through with those upgrades tomorrow, you're gonna be able to inflate manually with the standard air valves right out of the box, no extra parts needed, but if you already have an onboard compressor, these are gonna connect easily to most existing setups. And then if you're planning for like something like an in-cab Wireless controller down the road, that's not gonna be an issue because with this kit, you're already laying down the foundation so that you're gonna be able to expand your control options when you're ready. Again, the load leveling support is 5,000 pounds. I do wanna mention though, that these kits are not designed to actually increase your weight carrying capacity on your truck. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
