Hey Dane! The Furrion Chill Cube is not approved for enclosed trailers, which I believe is what you're saying you have. Typically the roof isn't designed to support this and won't have the required thickness. However, that doesn't mean people don't add them. The Chill Cube requires a roof that is 3-1/2" to 6" thick and fits a standard 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening.

Since you're converting the trailer you could certainly build this out to support the AC and match the thickness by adding in extra material but that is up to you. I'm assuming this will be a ductless setup so you will need the # FR59TD or # FR27TD which includes the air distribution box and remote.

The power consumption is 1,330 watts and the cooling power draw is 11.6 amps. It is incredibly efficient with the variable speed compressor so overall it will use very little power compared to other AC systems on the market.

Hey Dane, did you decide to go ahead and modify your trailer to support the Furrion Chill Cube? I'd love to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others considering a similar conversion.
