Where are these measured from? The top of the head, just under the head, or just under the square measuring only the threads?

Hey Martin, thanks for the picture. The 75mm of the Replacement Carriage Bolt item # TH915-0675-11 is measured from from where the shank meets the head to the very tip of the fastener. Basically, the insertable portion that threads into something. The bolt in your picture would be 75mm long.

The longest Thule M6 bolt I'm aware of is the Replacement M6 x 92 T-Bolt for Thule Criterium Roof Mounted Bike Carrier #853-6511, which is 92mm long and might work for your application.
