Question:
I have a bandw continuum hitch with a 2-1/2 inch shank Im wanting to know is there a ball mount that I can get so I can take the continuum ball off and replace with smaller ball to pull other trailers without buying a whole other hitch with a shank

Hi Hampton; I don't know of a ball mount attachment you could add to the shank to tow other trailers. However, you can use the head for regular towing without the rest of the system. If you are looking for a 2" ball you could swap out the ball with the HB94021. This is something you will have to get directly from B&W. If you need a 1-7/8" ball you'll need a different ball mount.

Hey Hampton, did you have a chance to contact B&W about swapping the ball on your hitch? I'm curious to know if it worked out for you, as it could help others who want to tow different trailers without buying a new hitch.
