Will the BandW Continuum WDH work with the Alliance Delta 292RL TT 34foot long and a 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn stock height? Loaded tongue weight should be around 1100lbs.

Hey Rick! Yes, the B&W Continuum # BW28FR will work with your Alliance Delta 292RL. This is designed to work with tongue weight ranging from 600 lbs - 1,600 lbs and has a max gross towing weight of 16,000 lbs so you're well within those parameters. The system is fully adjustable and will be a great addition to your setup.
I'm assuming you have a 2-1/2" hitch on your Ram since this is the version with the 2-1/2" shank. If you're worried about tailgate clearance the # BW64BR is also available with an extra long shank to get everything out of the way.
