My camper takes a 2” ball, also I believe my frame is 4-1/2” will this work for my camper?

It sure will Rick and welcome back! The B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System item # BW78FR only comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball but you can swap it out with the 2" Ball for B&W Continuum WD Head item # BW72PR. I wish I had one that I could send out with the 2" hitch ball ready to go, but B&W only ships their shanks setup for a 2-5/16" trailer coupler.

The B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System item # BW78FR is designed for A-frame couplers with rail heights between 4" and 7" so it will work with your camper. However, the standard hardware kit included with item # BW78FR is designed to be used on frames 5"-6" tall. The hardware kit you need is only carried by B&W. Their custom service chat on their website is amazing and they'll be able to get you set up.

Please note that the B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System item # BW78FR requires at least 24" of space on the frame directly behind the coupler.

What kind of camper do you have?

I have a 2026 modern buggy 16. The frame rails are 4 inches tall. It takes a 2 inch ball. My tow vehicle is a 2025 Ford F150 lariat. Do I have to have special bolts for the 4 inch rails and if so, who do I contact?

@RickS That's a nice setup! You'll definitely need to get some new mounting hardware directly from B&W with a 4" tall frame. Their customer service isn't available on weekends but you can contact them tomorrow morning using that chat I referenced.
