Question:
Do the Aluma Tow 360 ball mounts have lots of rattle and wobble? My no name brand aluminum adjustable ball mount has lots of movement and is noisy, and I can feel my trailer tongue bouncing around.

Good morning Elijah. You are in luck, because Aluma-Tow does a really nice job of building these 360 adjustable ball mounts with extremely tight tolerances, making sure they don't have much play or wobble. I've towed with some lower quality adjustable ball mounts before, so I relate to you on this topic for sure.
You can see in the attached video that there is very little to no play at all when handling and adjusting the ball mount. This model comes in black # UR95PR or silver # UR45PR. The 2" ball is rated for 10,000lbs, while the 2-5/16" ball is rated for 15,000lbs.
Keep in mind, every single ball mount on the market will have "some" play, as this is necessary for installation of the parts, and when sliding into the receiver. While this is among the better options, every ball mount can benefit from installing an anti-rattle collar like etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer for 2" Hitches # e99007, but I'd try the Aluma-360 first and see if you really think you need this collar!
