To add an anti-rattle device to the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C99NR I highly recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061 simply because it's a tried-and-true solution that's easy to use and still very effective.
The Quiet Hitch essentially clamps the shank of your ball mount to the inside of the hitch receiver and keeps it from moving that way. I've attached a review video of this system for you to check out.
