Looking for 2 replacement handles for a Phoenix Catalina PF222506 basin 4 center faucet in Rubbed Bronze that is 19 months old

Hey Bruce,
The replacement handles we have for that Catalina faucet is part # PF287034, and we have them in stock. It is the same rubbed bronze as your original. The design is different than the original Catalina faucet, but this is the only handle Phoenix offers as a replacement for those models. If the design change is not a big deal then this is going to be exactly what you need.
