Question:

I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner with a US hitch receiver that is now in Italy where I need a 50mm ball. I would like to use an adjustable /rise hitch ball mount. Is that possible? If so, what parts would I need?

Hey Fred,

You can absolutely get that set up going for your 4 runner! We have a 50mm hitch ball, # EH53C-C, which can be used with our adjustable ball mount # FHG25VR. Assuming you have a 2" hitch on your 4 runner this will work great for you and allow you to install the 50mm ball yourself.

The biggest thing for any drop/rise hitch is making sure you get the right size for your application. If you do not know how much rise or drop you need I have attached an article for you below to better show how to figure that out.

Let me know what rise or drop you need and how much capacity you are looking to tow and I can better narrow down your options!
