Question:

Good afternoon. I have a customer that needs a total a/c replacement. I want to purchase the new ACR 150 and ACRDH 25. I know that you guys are trying to sell the units with the outdated refrigerant. Since my customer has to replace an entire set up, I dont want to put her into a position where she has to spend this much money again. Thanks for your time.

Hey Rory! Honestly, I'm trying to steer people toward the new R32 units since parts are going away and new units aren't backwards compatible. It is definitely a good idea to get one of these for your customer so parts will be available if they need them down the road.

I'm assuming you meant the ACRDTH25, which is the ADB with a wall mounted thermostat, so the complete system would be the # ADV92SR. A heat strip # ADV34QR is also available separately if they want one. Don't hesitate to reply below if you need anything else.
