Greetings! Is the Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Adapter fully compatible with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Bike Rack HR1450Z with 2 bike add-on HR1475Z? Thanks!

Greetings Scott! The Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender # PVP20B is compatible with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 # HR1450Z and add-on # HR1475Z. Keep in mind, the bike rack and extension weigh 91-1/2 lbs together. The Kuat Pivot 2 has a weight capacity of 250 lbs so you need to make sure the rack plus bikes do not exceed this.
Also, the use of any swing away extension like this will reduce the capacity of your hitch by 50%. Are these regular bikes or e-bikes? If they're regular bikes this probably isn't an issue but I would still double check to be sure. If you have heavier e-bikes I would expect to at least need to remove the battery to cut some weight assuming it is possible.

Hello Robin, thanks for the reply! Thanks for pointing out the loading limits. We do not have E-bikes, and two of the bikes are kids bikes, so I think the 250 lb limit of the Kuat Pivot 2 and the reduced hitch capacity will be acceptable. Thanks again!
