Question:

should you replace front and back sway bar for a better result

Hey Roger! You'll get benefit from both, but if you want to start with just one piece and see how it performs from there, the rear Sway Bar from Hellwig # HE56TR is definitely the way to go. The rear bar is where you'll see the most noticeable improvement. It's not like replacing a single tire where you want to do the other side of the axle too - it's okay just to replace one of the sway bars.

If after installing it and going on some test drives, you still feel there's room to improve, you can add the Front # HE49TR.

Is the Ram giving you a rough ride? Are you typically towing or hauling something?

Hey Roger, did you get a chance to try out the rear sway bar from Hellwig? How did it work for your Ram? I'm curious to know if it improved your ride, as it could help others looking to enhance their vehicle's performance.
