Are there any alternative installation options? I would use it to mount a fridge slide on and would want everything bolted down.

Hey Jason, what you'd be best off with is the MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray part # MR79RR. This is 25-3/4 inch by 26-1/4 inch has a 300 lb capacity, and bolts to the floor.
