Replacement A-Frame Coupler for Avion Trailer

Question:

Hi, I have a 1978 Avion trailer and want to replace the coupler. I need a 2 5/16inch weld-on coupler. I like an ez-latch coupler but am not sure which one fits the A-frame of my trailer noticed some of the ez-latch ones were too narrow. I am attaching a few photos of my A-frame. Could you please advise which ez-latch 2 5/16inch weld-on coupler fits my trailer? Thank you

Hey Kaivan, thanks for the pictures of your trailer. You have a standard 50 degree a-frame on your trailer so for a replacement coupler the Demco EZ Latch part # 12660-97SP that you referenced would be exactly what you are looking for. This has the ball size you are looking for of 2-5/16 inch and also has a higher weight capacity of 21,000 lbs.
