Electric Bike Rack Recommendation for Class I Trailer Hitch

Question:

I have a 2010 Nissan Versa and there is only 1 hitch that is compatible with it and its a class 1 hitch. I got a Lectric 3.0 step thru bike and it weighs about 70 lbs. What type of rack can I get that will be compatible with the 1.25inch class 1 hitch. Id like to be able to carry 2 bikes.

Hey Ann, we really only have one bike rack that would cover what you need mostly and that is the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which is an e-bike rack designed to fit Class I hitches and has a higher weight capacity. Only issue is that it is limited to 65 lb per bike so you'd need to pull the battery in your e-bike so that you could get it's capacity under that number.

It also has a ramp built into it to help make loading and unloading easier.
