Question:

I have a Turbo Como 5 E-Bike with Fenders Here is a link to exactly how it is equipped I am looking at the KUAT NV 2 bike rack Will this work reliably given the latch over the front wheel will be placed in front of the front fender

The Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Metallic Black, part # NV22B, does not work well with fenders. If you are looking for a more e-bike friendly rack I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH903202. The bikes are secured via wheel straps and a padded frame clamp that is padded and adjustable to fit different frame types. It comes with a stow away ramp to help you load heavier e-bikes. It has an anti-rattle hitch pin to eliminate movement at the hitch receiver and hitch bike rack interface. You can also lock the bike to your rack and the rack to your vehicle, securing both. The rack tilts, whether loaded with bikes or empty, to allow you access to the rear of your vehicle. It folds and rolls, making it easy to remove from your vehicle and store when not in use.
