Hello Steve, thanks for reaching out. Take a look at the CIPA Universal Door Mount Truck and Van Mirror # CM41100. This is a smaller universal mirror that works great on small trucks. It has a 8-1/2" wide x 5-1/2" tall mirror surface.
I was looking at some pictures of the 1974 Mazda B Series Pickup online, and this # CM41100 mirror looks almost exactly like the mirror in a lot of the pictures I saw. So I think this will work great for you and will give you that old school vintage look to match your truck.
