Is there an adapter kit to move my PullRite SuperGlide slider 16K / 20K 5th wheel hitch over to a 2021 Ford F250 with the factory installed puck system?

Hey Kenny, in order for you to use your Pullrite SuperGlide with industry standard rails with your OEM pucks on your 2021 Ford F-250, you'd just need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR.
This adapter will drop into your OEM pucks and provide a set of attachment points, so you can use your SuperGlide with industry standard rails.
