Set up your PullRite SuperGlide hitch to auto-slide with this capture plate for standard OE MORryde pin boxes with part numbers starting with SPB. Fits 12-1/2" wide MORryde skid plates.
This capture plate is made for standard MORryde pin boxes that came as original equipment on the trailer. These OE MORryde pin boxes have part numbers that begin with SPB. Check the part number on your pin box before ordering to make sure this is the correct capture plate for your setup.
Your PullRite SuperGlide hitch needs the king pin to stay locked in position so the hitch head can respond to trailer movement. This capture plate keeps the king pin from rotating in the hitch, allowing movement from your fifth wheel to activate the automatic sliding action for added cab clearance during tight turns.
This plate is designed for standard OE MORryde pin boxes with a 12-1/2" wide skid plate. It is not a universal MORryde capture plate, so the SPB part number check matters before installation.
The Quick Connect design uses the included set screw and jam nut to secure the capture plate to your trailer's pin box skid plate. Once installed, it creates the locked connection your SuperGlide hitch needs for proper automatic sliding operation.
Heavy-duty steel construction gives this plate the strength needed for regular fifth-wheel towing, while the black powder coat finish helps protect it from corrosion and road grime.

Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the PullRite SuperGlide Quick Connect Capture Plate for the 12 and a half inch wide MOR/ryde Pin Boxes. Now basically you'll use this capture plate to keep your trailer's king pin from rotating in your PullRite SuperGlide hitch. Basically this is gonna allow you to tow your fifth wheel with the PullRite SuperGlide hitch. Attaches to your skid plate on your trailer's pin box.
And basically with the wedge on it, keeps the kingpin from rotating in your hitch head. This will allow movement of your trailer to be transferred to the hitch, so that can automatically glide to provide clearance you'll need for 90 degree turns. As we mentioned, this part number here works with the MOR/ryde pin boxes and the skid plate on the pin box must measure 12 and a half inches wide. If you notice on the bottom by the wedge here, it includes this set screw and the jam nut for attaching this capture plate to fit the MOR/ryde pin boxes. It does resist corrosion.
It's a durable black powder coat finish on the steel. Plate did not fit my pin box even though it said it was for the model I have. I ended up driving over an hour away just to get a new plate so I could pick up my brand new trailer from the dealer. That plate didn’t fit either. I had to grind off part of my pin box for it to seat all the way.

Sorry to hear that, Tristan. Do you know which pin box you have on your new camper? And did you want to get this one returned?
